This aids Body Mind integration and encourages the smooth flow of energy (Qi) within the body.
Exercises are usually performed standing and are suitable for a wide age and ability range.
Kim Lovelace teaches for The Shiatsu College and has been practising and teaching Shiatsu and Qigong for over fifteen years. He uses Qigong as a form of moving meditation that aids self awareness. This in turn enhances awareness of Qi in others, which is essential for any therapeutic role.
