Qigong is a system of non-competitive movements that combine

gentle, yet powerful stretches, with visualisation and breathwork.

This aids Body Mind integration and encourages the smooth flow of

energy (Qi) within the body.

Exercises are usually performed standing and are suitable for a wide

age and ability range.

Kim Lovelace teaches for The Shiatsu College and has

been practising and teaching Shiatsu and Qigong for over fifteen years.   He uses

Qigong as a form of moving meditation that aids self awareness.   This in turn

enhances awareness of Qi in others, which is essential for any therapeutic role.
