Sounding the Heart with Russell Stone Welcome to the sound of your own voice… …come and explore, open your mind, heart and lungs with Russell and experience a sound and voice workshop like no other.
Russell opens our minds, emotions and of course our throats in a beautiful soft way, holding a very safe space for everyone to explore. Whether you enjoy your voice and are comfortable with it or you feel challenged to make sound and let go, this workshop is a great place to play and explore.

Russell comes from a background of singing and writing, has journeyed through psychotherapy, counseling and teaching and now emerges as therapist and musician. His own personal journey and yoga practice has guided and enhanced his abilities as facilitator; his openness, and desire to find peace, presence and meaning for himself assists him in bringing about the same for others.
