Why practice Kundalini Yoga?

Whether you want a good physique or want to manage stress effectively, Kundalini Yoga will help to heal the mind, body and spirit. By creating balance, detoxifying and vitalizing the body, many negative habits, fears and insecurities and depression will be unlocked and released, leaving you with radiance, vitality and balance.

 

What is Kundalini Yoga?

The class will consist of chanting, postures, meditation and relaxation.

 

Who can practice?

Anyone can practice Kundalini Yoga, whatever their age, religion or condition.

·         Try to eat 1 or 2 hrs before a class.

·         Wear loose comfortable clothing.

·         Bring a bottle of water.

·         Bring a yoga mat or rug and a light blanket to keep you warm during the relaxation at the end of the practice.
